Terms of Use
Last updated 18 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Verilium. By signing in you agree to them. If you have questions, email support@verilium.ai.
What Verilium is, and is not
Verilium is a training tool. It lets you practice customer-discovery interviews with synthetic customers and gives you feedback on your technique. The customers are AI-generated. Nothing they say is evidence about a real market, real demand, or real people, and you should not treat it as market research or rely on it for business decisions. Scores and feedback are generated by AI, may contain mistakes, and are guidance rather than professional advice.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 18. The service is currently an early release: features may change, and free usage is limited to a number of practice sessions that we may adjust.
Acceptable use
- Use Verilium to practice interviewing. Do not try to extract, copy or resell the synthetic customers, prompts or scoring.
- Do not use it to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, probe or disrupt the service, or access another person’s data.
- Do not share confidential information about real people or companies during a session that you are not entitled to share.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
What you say and write in Verilium remains yours. You give us permission to process it in order to run the service and improve the quality of its feedback, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
Verilium is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We rely on third-party AI and hosting providers, and the service may be interrupted or changed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verilium is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on synthetic conversations or AI-generated feedback, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using Verilium at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@verilium.ai. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken or if we discontinue the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will let you know before it takes effect.
